‘Sex/Life’ is really awful, maybe not in the ‘so bad that it’s good’ way – Movie Review

‘Sex/Life’ is really awful, maybe not in the ‘so bad that it’s a good way.

If we are sincere, embarrassingly funny acting, crazy storyline, curling writing, and the famed sex scene do not really work.

‘Sex/Life’ is really awful, maybe not in the ‘so bad that it’s a good way. It is just really terrible, with bad acting. Okay, even if I love the movie,  I have so many reservations about it and, I am not the only one that feels so much anger about the series.

Sex/Life

  •  Episode: 8
  • Run time: 43 to 52 minutes
  • Producer: Stacy Rukeyser
  • Cast: Sarah Shahi (Billie), Mike Vogel (Cooper), Adam Demos (Brad), Margaret Odette (Sasha), Jonathan Sadowski, (Devon), Amber Goldfarb (Trina), Li Jun Li (Francesca- Cooper’s Boss)
  • Storyline: Frustrated by the waning passion in her marriage, Billie starts journaling about — and obsessing over — her wild erotic exploits with ex-boyfriend brad.

Feeling neglected by her husband, Cooper, wife Billie starts writing a journal about her ex-boyfriend brad (Adam Demos), she started writing about their erotic sexual life. Her husband read her journal and that was the beginning of the whole issue. And that exactly was the beginning of the whole drama and also when she met him at her friend’s house.

The funny and annoying thing about the whole series is that I feel bellie didn’t communicate with her husband about her wants and that exactly birthed the whole issue because if she has communicated with cooper, maybe they could have found a solution to the whole issue.
